1. To be eligible for a return:

Your jewelry pieces must be in unworn condition and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.

 

2. To request a return:

Please email us at nothingness.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide a return label and process with the next steps.

3. Return flat rate shipping: $5/package

4. Once we receive and inspect your items:

We will notify you via email of the status of your return. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
