We offer a 1-year warranty on all items purchased through our online store. This warranty covers production-related defects, guaranteeing the excellence of our craftsmanship. Please note that the warranty does not extend to items damaged due to scratches, loss, breakage, tearing, bending, or theft resulting from personal reasons.

2. Warranty Claims for Online Store Purchases

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Within 30 Days: Claims made within 30 days of the original order date are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • After 30 Days: Claims made after 30 days will be refunded in the form of a credit in Nothingness Voucher, equivalent to the original purchase value. This voucher can be utilized for future purchases on www.nothingness.jewelry

3. Warranty Claims for Third-Party (Stockists) Purchases:

  • Proof of Purchase: For items purchased through our partners or third-party stockists, a valid proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims.
  • Refund Process: Claims for items purchased through third parties will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher, redeemable exclusively on our online store.
